Some comments on Arend's e-mail. I said that a first edition of Bourlet's 
book appeared in 1895, and a second edition in 1898, possibly in two volumes. 
That is why it is possible that Sharp (1896) make a reference to it. Carlo 
Bourlet apparently lived from 1866 to 1918, an eventful year.

1895; die wordt al in Sharp (1896) geciteerd. Er is een tweede editie in 1898 
verschenen, in twee delen, dacht ik.
